Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.  Deep tissue is also a way to unlock hidden traumas and memories stored in the body.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

           THAI MASSAGE

Using Thai massage techniques, we focus the session on what your body needs.  This is great work for athletes with over-worked muscle fatigue.  Commonly seen as passive yoga, the therapist will stretch, twist, and compress strategic muscle groups to unlock muscles and create length throughout the body.  Session time is undetermined but typically lasts about 90min.

Exciting things have been coming out in scientific research related to both the physical as well as mental benefits of cold water therapy.  There is awesome power in gaining control of your mind.  Cold water therapy will train you to increase focus, master stress and emotions, reduce chronic inflammation and tone the cardiovascular system among so many other things.

Instead of steam or flame-stoked heat, infrared saunas use infrared lamps and electromagnetic magic to create warmth. The process allows infrared saunas to operate at a lower temperature while still providing therapeutic benefits such as improved immune system, more relaxed sleep, pain relief, soothing sore muscles, and improved heart health.

Everything is frequency... our bodies, our buildings, music, smells, everything...

Immerse yourself in a vibrational healing meditation tuned to a frequency your body needs to heal, OR strategically explore neuro-reprogramming meditations such as success, self-talk, intuition, sleep and much more.
